I wanted a service that could host and display my photography in a highly customizable way yet, quick and easy to get up and run. A service to act as a backup, allow me to sell my work and perhaps let the hobby pay for itself. It has been many many years since I updated my web page and here it is! The brand spanking new Turlach.net.. For those familiar with web dev land you’ll probably recognize that I’ve coped out and used word press. I decided I just don’t have the time to build my own, so open source wordpress it is.
I’ve also been working on a special new site of my photography. That will be coming along shortly with any luck. It will also be the subject of some upcoming posts. The competitors are smug mug and zenfolio. SmugMug has a bit of a rebellion going on over down time. Long story short Ill be writing up a comparison on it.
It’s late got to run and get some sleep.
